YOUR MISSION

As a Sr. Brands Ads Operations analyst, you will be part of the Glovo Brands Ads HQ team, which provides a suite of services designed to help some of the World’s top CPG brands, media agencies and non endemic brands to grow their reach, engagement and sales within Glovo audience.

We have a set of upper & lower funnel ad-placements that have been tried by more than +300 advertisers worldwide.You will work within the Brands Ads Strategy & Operations team to measure, analyze and give recommendations on how to improve our local markets performance (+20 countries).

THE JOURNEY

  • Operations excellence:
    • Understand main performance KPIs and build recommendations plans accordingly
    • Keep Weekly monitor tracking on deviations vs. targets
    • Identify key local brands to be pitched and guide local teams on building plans accordingly
    • Train and keep up to date with Sales playbook
    • Help local markets find go-to-market strategies to improve sales performance
    • Provide business advice to local teams identifying key growth opportunities / improvement points.
    • Contribute to continuous enhancement and innovation of the team processes.
  • Salesforce support (CRM):
    • Train local markets on a proper Salesforce tool usage, ensuring deadlines are met in time
    • Understand local needs to work with Salesforce Product team on developing new features/fields
    •  Coordinate month closure with Salesforce team
  • Finance and Sales registration support:
    • Regularly audit revenues registrations from local and HQ teams 
    • Ensure a proper monthly and quarterly closures with all registrations done on time
    • Work closely with Finance HQ team to ensure invoicing processes for all the revenues generated by the team are requested on time

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in management, business administration, engineering, marketing.
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of professional experience in FMCG, E-commerce platforms or consulting firms
  • Analytical skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Planning, prioritization and time-management skills
  • Ability to communicate efficiently both internally and externally
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly
  • Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • An empathetic, inclusive and curious attitude
