As HashiCorp grows in both market share and organizational complexity, we’re looking for an adaptable and motivated leader to help monitor performance to plan, performance review rhythms, scorecarding, and budget/HC implications. 

This is a senior role reporting directly to the Director of Business Operations. This role supports the Marketing Leadership Team (MLT), and will own and drive core processes related to driving productivity and enablement. This role will orchestrate across many stakeholders for core deliverables and requires an individual who is a great team player, self-starter, is intellectually curious, strategic thinker, and adaptable to jumping in to solve issues and drive scalable solutions across the business. 

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Manage marketing budget with minimal variance to plan and ensure all related processes and systems are in-place to equip the org operate according to the set plan. 
  • Collaborate with global business stakeholders and assist them to run day-to-day operations smoothly. 
  • Manage marketing scorecards (M100, M200) and planning initiatives to monitor forecasts and benchmark performance while identifying opportunities. 
  • Align OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) to analytical metrics, performance goals, annual and long-range plans.
  • Help manage our OKR tool and drive successful adoption by leaders.
  • Enable continuous planning and improvement with 6-8 qtr visibility.  
  • Continuously identify gaps and escalate risks in systems, operations, and processes. 

Qualifications:

  • Superb business acumen, ability to understand strategies from each business unit’s perspective. 
  • Proven program management experience delivering business value, effective written and verbal communication to drive alignment, leading cross-team programs to desired results, and managing risk
  • Experience in rapidly shifting priorities while still maintaining a degree of organization and control - you can thrive in chaos. 
  • Excellent proficiency in gSuite, Excel, Powerpoint (communication tools), Asana (collaboration tools) or the like, Confluence (documentation tools) and/or ability to pick up any tool very quickly 
  • Deep understanding of ‘how to get things done’ at HashiCorp through influence and leveraging interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Experience in planning, executing, and working with executives across all levels
  • High integrity, capable of excellent judgment and decision-making skills, showing the utmost discretion in the management of confidential information
  • A good sounding board for others, low ego, high integrity, and ability to anticipate the needs of the executive or his/her direct staff
The base pay range for this role in the SF Bay Area / NYC area is:$142,800—$168,000 USDThe base pay range for this role in Seattle Metro, Denver / Boulder Metro, New York (excluding NYC), or California (excluding SF Bay Area) is:$130,900—$154,000 USDThe base pay range for this role in Colorado (excluding Denver / Boulder Metro) and Washington (excluding Seattle Metro) is:$119,000—$140,000 USD
