SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...

Pure has an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced and dynamic Sr Director of Enterprise Transformation to lead our initiatives to scale our Enterprise business segment. In this role, you will partner with the GM, Enterprise Line of Business and be responsible for leading transformational change initiatives that align with our business objectives of accelerated profitable growth. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the Enterprise market and customer expectations, a strong background in business management and strategic change, the ability to influence a varied set of cross-functional stakeholders, and effectively lead a team of experts.

Your Impact: 

  • Transformation Strategy: develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise transformation strategy aligned with the organization's long-term vision and objectives.
  • Change Management: Lead change management efforts, ensuring that employees and stakeholders are engaged and prepared for organizational changes. Develop communication plans, training programs, and resources to support successful transitions.
  • Digital & Process Transformation: Drive the adoption of operational excellence practices and digital technologies and tools that are critical for the Enterprise Line of Business to scale.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Line of Business Transformation office team, setting clear objectives and providing guidance to achieve goals. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with department heads and teams across the organization to ensure alignment and integration of transformation efforts into all functional areas.
  • Business Planning, Governance & Execution: Steer the Enterprise LoB Operating Planning process and establish a robust governance framework with regular cadences for decision-making, progress reviews, and accountability, reinforcing strategic alignment.
  • Business Model Evolution: collaborate with the LoB leadership team to innovate in our business model, exploring new revenue streams and value propositions that position us for long-term success.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 12+ years of experience in enterprise transformation, change management, and sales operations strategy, with a proven track record of successfully leading and operationalizing large-scale initiatives.
  • Strong influencing skills and the ability to inspire teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with experience in leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • You will be based in Santa Clara, CA. As this is an office-centric role, you are expected to be present in the office for 3 days a week. As outlined in Pure's Hybrid Work Policy, there will be variations over periods of time, depending on business need.

The annual base salary range is: $268,000– $403,000. Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations. 

This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
