What is the job:As Senior Manager, Demand Generation you are responsible for contributing to the demand generation and integrated marketing strategy and execution. Reporting to the VP, Global Demand Generation, you’ll work closely with sales, customer success, content, product marketing, and marketing ops, to ensure we are delivering the pipeline needed to fuel ThoughtSpot’s growth.

What you'll do:

* Strategic Planning - You’ll work with the VP, Demand to drive the overall integrated marketing strategy, planning engaging marketing programs, and defining the goals and targets that align to the overall demand generation and growth plan.* Integrated Marketing - Build and drive the campaign execution and plan, including channel mix, content plan, promotional components, and overall timeline. Define the end-to-end customer experience across digital, in-person, web, sales, and nurture programs. Execute and assess new ways to drive new leads, leveraging various media, targeted lists, and other opportunities to build awareness. Activities to include webinars, digital, email, events, direct marketing, content syndication, brand awareness, and BDR team efforts.* Campaign Management - Lead and orchestrate cross-functional execution against all go-to-market integrated campaigns that support demand creation, product launches, and other strategic initiatives, across marketing, customer success, and product including centralized meetings and campaign processes.* Webinars - Own our global webinar strategy in partnership with the rest of the demand team, building playbooks to scale with our regional partners, and aligned to our overall integrated campaign strategy.* Events - collaborate with our Events team to identify and promote appropriate channels and activations for ThoughtSpot’s target audience segments, that drive brand awareness and leads to support initiative and campaign efforts. * Lifecycle Marketing – Understand the best ways to segment and leverage our database to drive demand across the full customer lifecycle. * Account-Based Marketing - collaborate with our sales, field, and partner teams to create account-focused programs to drive demand.* Performance Reporting - Own campaign performance metrics, including continuous testing and optimization. Provide regular reporting cadence and visibility through our own ThoughtSpot product, on all marketing activities to track performance, contribution to pipeline, and ROI. Drive the learning and adjustments for campaign optimization across content and execution. 

What you bring:

* Experience in B2B marketing at a SaaS company* Demonstrated experience successfully planning and executing engaging marketing programs, across all channels* 5+ years experience planning and managing integrated initiatives and demand generation programs that produce high-quality opportunities that result in revenue * Previous experience running account-based campaigns and a track record of success in penetrating key accounts * Proven experience working with marketing databases, segmentation, lead flow, reporting and analysis* Comfortable contributing the strategy and execution of email programs that speak to different audiences/segments across the lifecycle including the message and offer * Solutions-oriented, organized - you project manage in your sleep, know how to communicate clearly and broadly across the org, and bottom line, you’re resourceful* Hands-on experience with SFDC required; you’re comfortable reporting out of this tool* Understand the full prospect-customer lifecycle, build and deliver programs/tactics that focus on results vs activity, and can think near term and long term* Strong analytical skills and proven ability to use data to test and optimize campaign performance and inform future strategies * Ability to build relationships internally and collaborate with key stakeholders in sales, customer success, product marketing, and product management * Thrives in an extremely fast-paced, high-growth environment
