The Talent Acquisition teams at Databricks build strategies to identify, engage, assess and hire this bar raising, outstanding technical talent, they serve as key consultants and partners to Leaders across the organization and deliver bar raising hires at Databricks.

The impact you will have:

As the Sr Talent Acquisition Manager, Technology Sourcing / Candidate (or Talent) Engagement you will be leading a team of TA professionals developing candidate pipeline strategies for the highest priority positions in the Technology organization.

You will partner with and provide consultation to Technology Leaders, Stakeholders and to the Talent Acquisition organization to generate candidates/talent pipelines from various sources and build outstanding teams that embody Databricks’ values and culture. 

You will use data to measure, monitor and improve the Hiring Health and efficacy of the Technology hiring operation. You will identify insights, challenges and opportunities in the data and provide detailed updates to stakeholders and leadership that gathers buy in and inspire action.

You will conceive and lead programs, initiatives and processes that address hiring challenges, improve productivity and in partnership with Technology partners develop opportunities to engage with exceptional talent.

What we're looking for:

  • 8+ years of Recruiting experience Recruiting for Technology profiles and preferably for Software Engineering at multiple levels
  • 4+ years of direct management experience.
  • 3+ years experience as a leader in an in-house Recruiting team
  • Extensive experience developing candidate pipeline strategies, including sourcing candidate pipeline across multiple channels including passive search
  • Extensive experience developing and optimizing Recruiting processes and workflows to hire outstanding talent in an unstructured and fast paced environment.
  • Expertise in managing operations through data analysis and influencing outcomes through data storytelling.
  • Experience collaborating with Technology leaders; you cultivate relationships through exemplary communication and influencing skills and can inspire followership through exceptional partnership.
  • Formal Project management experience leading formal and large scope programmatic work streams is preferred

Pay Range Transparency

Databricks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles.  Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks utilizes the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above. Zone 1 Pay Range$145,800—$258,000 USD
