As a Sr. People Operations Specialist, you are passionate about user experience, enablement, the employee journey, and data-driven decisions. You will help provide support and complete projects and tasks that improve the hiring manager, recruiter, and candidate experience during the recruitment process, as well as the new hire experience during onboarding. You will work with multiple systems to support a global organization and will explore ways to help improve processes and experience. You will report to the Sr. Manager, People Operations. 

The impact you will have:

  • Coaching the Tier 1 support team, and solving technical troubleshooting as needed, for incoming cases related to TA and HR systems and processes (ex. Requisition management, Greenhouse, etc.)
  • Analyze ticket trends to identify patterns and initiate large-scale, global solutions
  • Builds strong cross-functional relationships to drive multi-team projects and tasks from initiation to completion
  • Improve and test updates to our ATS and recruiting tech stack to maximize ease of use, compliance, data integrity, and recruiting analytics
  • Recommend scalable and efficient process improvements by partnering with cross-department colleagues
  • Continuously improve and optimize the onboarding process, identifying areas for efficiency and enhancement
  • Managing offer generation tools, templates, updates to templates, as well as process and enablement documentation

What we look for:

  • Experience providing enablement or supporting candidates, employees or customers in a high-growth organization
  • Strong expertise in Greenhouse, configuration, troubleshooting, and helping requestors 
  • Experience with project management: ability to gather requirements, facilitate across multiple teams, communicate progress and escalate as needed
  • Understanding of the hiring lifecycle (systems, process, reporting) and how to improve it for efficiency and quality 
  • Experience with Workday ideal

Pay Range Transparency

Databricks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles.  Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks utilizes the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above. Zone 1 Pay Range$84,400—$149,300 USD
