We are seeking an Associate Director of Product Management, Inventory Management to join our team. This role is critical in developing and driving strategies to lead and enhance our inventory management processes and systems. You will collaborate with various internal teams to ensure our inventory systems are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business goals.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for inventory management, focusing on scalability, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Apply data to understand inventory behavior and business goals, transforming insights into clear requirements for product enhancements and new features.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, designers, and analysts to align on product strategy and maintain recurring communication to share updates and gather feedback.
  • Lead project planning and execution through all phases, including concept development, user testing, technical implementation, and measurement/optimization.
  • Act as a subject matter authority and primary trainer for inventory management tools and related processes.
  • Prioritize and drive backlogs and feature launches for your product area with your dedicated engineering team.
  • Communicate product strategy and status to critical Team Members across the organization; develop intake processes for feature enhancement suggestions.

What You'll Need:

  • 4+ years of professional experience, with 2+ years in Product Management, preferably in inventory management or an equivalent.
  • A history of owning, developing, and communicating long-term vision and goals that drive strategies for a portfolio of products.
  • Experience using data-driven approaches to simplify sophisticated problems and invent creative solutions that meet customer needs at scale.
  • Excellent analytical skills with proven track record to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to break down sophisticated ideas into simple narratives and detailed product requirements.
  • Cross-functional leadership experience with a demonstrated ability to develop teams and lead them to success.
  • Ability to multitask and work well within a dynamic, fast-paced organization.
  • A customer-first approach with a history of launching products and features that deliver significant business impact.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a culture of experimentation, learning, and innovation.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA from a credible program preferred.
