Pinterest Design is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Design and Research Operations that will build, optimize and scale design and research programs to strengthen the impact of our growing UX Teams. You will be responsible for implementing innovative processes and systems that support design, researcher and stakeholder collaboration. You will ensure that our tools and processes enable designers and researchers to do their most impactful work, while fostering a learning environment that scales across the organization. This role will provide critical support for our Product Design, Research, and Content teams and enable us to continue to incorporate and up-level standard methodologies for tooling, resources, and education.

What you’ll do:

  • Identify process gaps throughout the design and research process and suggest tools or improved processes to drive efficiencies
  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to support the onboarding of new design and research tools 
  • Maintain and develop tooling and training documentation to ensure the team is up to date and using compliant processes
  • Identify best practices and knowledge gaps and partner with internal and external partners to create ongoing training materials

What we’re looking for:

  • A well organized self-starter with a keen eye for detail and an ability to ramp up quickly and the ability to prioritize multiple projects with different stakeholders, as well as the ability to work independently
  • An owner, proposing ideas for improving efficiency and experimenting with new tools, processes, and techniques to streamline workflows and processes
  • Strong communication/relationship skills to work effectively across teams and to quickly identify and navigate multiple internal stakeholders
  • Eager to work within and support a growing team located throughout the US, Canada, and Europe; ability to prioritize highest impact work

Final salary is based on a number of factors including location, travel, relevant prior experience, or particular skills and expertise.
