Sr Project Manager (They, She, He)

THE JOURNEY

• Drive the complete project life cycle of multiple variety of projects across finance
• Monitor, plan and execute progress of projects to convert them in detailed actions plans
• Define the project roadmap, identify risks and manage decisions related to the projects' end-to-end to ensure compliance with deadlines and milestones
• Drive the communication with internal and external stakeholders and peers acting as a business copilot to the respective finance and business owner of the project
• Provide recurrent visibility to key stakeholders
• Prepare and provide regular reports and KPIs on projects status and performance to the Head of the PMO
• Make sure the proper document of projects is prepared and archived, documenting as well project information
• Assess project needs by translating project requirements to ensure alignment with finance stakeholders.
• Actively partner across the organization to build strong relationships
• Innovate on the way projects are managed in order to make communication more efficient and improve the resource allocation

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

• 6+ years of proven experience in the field
• Bachelor degree or MBA (or equivalent experience)
• Excellent understanding of project management methodologies (i.e. waterfall, lean and agile) and software and tools (i.e. Jira, Confluence, Asana, Trello, etc)
• Proven experience in scoping, managing and prioritizing projects, programmes and/or portfolio
• Professional certification is a plus
• Business sense and strategic way of thinking
• Excellent communication skills in dealing with internal and external stakeholders  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, staying organized and ensuring execution of complex initiatives driving impact at scale
