We're seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Senior Revenue Operations Manager to join our Revenue & Operations team. In this role, you'll play a key part in optimizing our sales processes and driving revenue growth for the Americas region. You'll collaborate closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to analyze sales performance, identify trends, and implement data-backed solutions to improve efficiency and exceed targets.

What You'll Do:

  • Be the go-to expert for sales performance: Provide the Americas sales team with valuable insights, analysis, and recommendations to enhance sales processes and drive revenue.
  • Own the forecasting process: Manage the weekly sales forecast, analyze data, collaborate with sales leaders, and ensure pipeline health.
  • Lead annual planning: Drive the strategic planning, territory design, and implementation of sales plans for the Americas region.
  • Support sales operations: Provide ad-hoc reporting, analytics, and project management support to Sales Leaders and the Revenue Operations team.
  • Champion knowledge sharing: Maintain and promote the use of our knowledge base to ensure consistent onboarding, training, and service delivery.

What You'll Need:

  • Proven experience: 3-5 years of experience in sales operations or marketing operations.
  • Sales acumen: Solid understanding of the sales pipeline, funnel metrics, and sales processes.
  • Data-driven mindset: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Proactive problem-solver: A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can navigate ambiguity effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills: Ability to use data to solve problems and develop efficient solutions.
  • Customer focus: Ability to prioritize tasks with a clear understanding of the customer journey.
  • Collaboration and communication: Excellent listening and persuasion skills to effectively partner with stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment.
  • SaaS experience: Familiarity with SaaS offerings and Product-Led Growth (PLG) companies.

Base Salary Range:

  • NYC Metro, Bay Area, Seattle, & Los Angeles:     $106,000 - $146,500
  • All other US cities outside above metro areas:    $95,400 - $131,850

This role also includes on-target commissions in addition to base salary.
