As a Senior Sales Compensation Administration Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the entire sales compensation administration function, including new compensation plan programming requirements, configuration, testing, SIT, UAT, launch and post-implementation support. Individual must possess strong consulting experience, excellent communication, and customer management skills, preferably from a compensation domain background and experience in Salesforce configuration.
Here's a closer look at this key role:
- Lead the process to implement a new sales compensation tool to replace Xactly, focusing on programming and testing all new fiscal year sales compensation plans for calculation accuracy, and required reports to track plan effectiveness
- Lead the process for the administration, validation and processing of incentive compensation plans and bonus calculations for all SIP eligible employees. This includes understanding and applying Sales Incentive Plans consistently, ensuring commission calculations comply with plans, and managing commission statements and exception requests.
- Oversee and manage end-to-end execution of compensation plans, ensuring timely and accurate payouts, adherence to policies, and continuous optimization.
- Manage data accuracy and integrity by validating, reconciling, and auditing sales compensation data from source systems like CRM
- Collaborate with Sales Operations and other cross-departmental teams to ensure sales order data is reported accurately each month to meet monthly commission accrual and quarterly payout deadlines.
- Build and manage all sales compensation reports, statements, and analytics to provide insights to management and facilitate decision-making.
- Be the point of contact for all Sales Administration and system-related questions or issues.
- Participates in annual sales compensation design process as the expert in assessing designs for data/information availability and implementation readiness and execution
- Work closely with Sales, Finance, and HR to gather requirements, resolve issues, and ensure smooth payment processing
- Help maintain and scale LMs Sales Compensation system/tool by identifying improvements, updates and enhancements to the Sales Compensation plans and policies.
- Updates to the system include: implementation of new plans/programs, identifying system/process inefficiencies, recommending performance improvement designs, integration of new data sources
- Responsible for providing training to all sales on LM's sales compensation system, ensuring all payees fully understand how to utilize the sales compensation system to review all commission payout details and reports
- Manage workflow for contractor/part-time resources as needed to support the administration process
- 6+ years of increasing responsibility in a Sales Compensation program management and administration roles
- Previous experience in consulting focusing on implementing sales compensation solutions (at least one if not more of the following: Xactly, Performio CaptivateI2) and/or providing consulting support to clients on implementation of sales compensation plans.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work cooperatively with staff at all levels of the organization, including internal and cross-departmental teams, consistently displaying a high level of professionalism
- Must possess the ability to work with confidential reports and information with complete discretion
- Self-starter capable of driving business results without significant supervision; process-oriented
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Human Behavior or related field, or equivalent experience

Compensation packages at LogicMonitor for eligible roles include base salary, a variable plan depending on role, along with comprehensive benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary target for new hires in the position, determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, interview performance, and relevant education or training. LogicMonitor employees in eligible roles are also granted equity based compensation, subject to Board of Director approval. The Base Salary range for this role is:$124,950—$156,240 USD
