What is The Role:

We are looking for a highly analytical and self-motivated Sales Operations Analyst to partner with teams such as Sales Ops, Finance, and other departments to support the objectives of the Partner Sales Team. This role involves examining extensive datasets to uncover trends and provide meaningful insights that drive sales forecasting and strategic decisions. You will contribute to the design and implementation of productivity initiatives and performance metrics, as well as manage key processes like annual GTM planning, QBRs, and other business-critical tasks. The ideal candidate will excel in developing models and conducting analyses to aid in strategic planning, monitoring sales performance, and improving pipeline health. You will also generate reports using CRM systems like Salesforce, Tableau, and Excel, while continuously improving reporting tools for better decision-making. Additionally, this position will focus on optimizing business workflows, automating processes where needed, and ensuring effective data organization for enhanced accessibility and data flow across systems.

What You Will Be Doing:
  • Collaborate with Sales Ops, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to meet Partner Sales Team objectives
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends and provide actionable insights for sales forecasting and strategic decisions.
  • Develop sales productivity initiatives, performance metrics, and dashboards to manage business outcomes.
  • Support the development, execution, and management of the annual GTM planning, QBRs and business processes.
  • Build models and perform analyses to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Monitor and analyze key sales metrics as well as providing insights to improve pipeline health
  • Generate reports from CRM systems like SFDC, Tableau, and Excel. Optimize reporting tools and processes for actionable insights. Provide ad hoc reports and analysis for key initiatives
  • Analyze and optimize business workflows, ensuring smooth and efficient process execution by identifying bottlenecks and implementing automation where applicable.
  • Design, maintain, and oversee data hierarchies, ensuring proper data organization, governance, and accessibility across systems for streamlined data flow and decision-making.
What You Will Bring:
  • Passion for problem-solving with a detail-oriented and analytical mindset.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, SFDC (Bonus: Tableau and Big Query)
