Sr Talent Acquisition Partner
T2 is seeking a skilled senior talent acquisition partner for a 6-month full-time contract in our London office. This role will involve both recruiting and operational responsibilities, supporting our efforts in EMEA.
What You’ll Take On:
Support Recruiting Initiatives (70%)

Serve as the interim point of contact for the TA team in Europe, leading full life cycle recruiting across all levels and disciplines in these regions.

Partner strategically with hiring managers, providing expertise on recruiting best practices to attract, source, screen, and hire a diverse talent pool for various roles.

Work in a consultative manner with hiring teams to ensure they make optimal decisions and evolve into effective hiring experts.

Ensure our systems and tools are used according to process and maintain system integrity.

Focus on inclusive recruiting practices and sourcing strategies that target global talent pools.

Champion a “high-touch” service approach, fostering strong relationships with the business, candidates, global HR team members, and cross-functional partners.
Operational Support (30%)

Schedule and manage onsite interviews, ensuring a great candidate experience.

Contribute to special projects and various global recruiting initiatives, such as ad hoc process improvements, social media content creation, and overall documentation.

Assist in maintaining and continuously improving TA processes, documentation, the Greenhouse ATS, and other TA-related systems and tools as the team works on global process harmonization.

Communicate effectively with cross-functional partners when hiring T2 employees in studio locations, understanding local markets, hiring practices, and partnering with the Sr. Global Talent Acquisition Manager and Legal to ensure all aspects of the recruiting process comply with local legislation.
What You Bring:

A minimum of 6 years of demonstrated experience, performing full-life cycle recruiting, preferably in gaming, entertainment, media, technology or other relatable industries.

Proven experience sourcing and recruiting for teams within various technical and general administration across London, Spain, Dublin and Turkey.

Passion for the recruiting experience and demonstration of curiosity for staying on top of current trends and best practices.

Ability to assess candidate’s skills/qualifications and attributes to influence appropriate hiring recommendations.

A clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills with an understanding of how to successfully work in a distributed workforce.

Comfortable performing varied projects with daily recruiting activities, while producing quality work.

Ability to manage through change, embodies an ownership mentality, and can successfully work independently and with a team.

Experience using Greenhouse.

Ability to work out of the Central London office, a minimum of three days per week. (Mon-Wed)
