Sr Talent Management Partner
Our Opportunity:
Chewy is seeking a Senior Talent Management Partner to support our Customer Care (CC) team, based in Plantation, FL! This is an exciting opportunity to bring your expertise and passion for talent management into a dynamic, high-volume environment. You’ll report to the Associate Director, Operations Talent Management within the Strategic Talent Enablement and Measurement team, with a dotted-line relationship to the Director of Customer Care HR.
This role aligns with the Customer Care Team Member Promise “Belonging” and “Growth & Development” pillars, building processes and platforms that enable successful strategic talent planning, career growth, and development. You’ll deploy enterprise-level initiatives tailored for a fast-paced virtual call center, while also designing solutions for CC-specific talent needs to drive measurable outcomes.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of talent management processes to build an internal bench of top talent and improve retention.
- Translate enterprise initiatives into actionable, tailored solutions for the CC environment.
- Leverage data and conduct needs analysis (as needed), create talent roadmaps, and manage projects through planning, implementation, change management, and ongoing evaluation.
- Partner with HRBPs and senior leadership to deliver strategies in areas including org planning, career pathing, performance management, leadership development, and talent assessment.
- Facilitate calibrations, and talent discussions to identify high-potential talent, address performance gaps, and plan for critical roles.
- Analyze and report on talent data to inform decision-making, track program effectiveness, and identify trends in performance, retention, and engagement.
- Create and maintain processes, tools, and automation to streamline the user experience, standardize practices, and improve scalability.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for business leaders and HR teams, ensuring talent strategies align with Chewy’s culture/Employee Value Proposition, Operating Principles, Job Leveling, and functional competencies.
- Additional responsibilities may be assigned as this role evolves over time and in response to business goals/objectives.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5–7 years of experience crafting and delivering talent management programs in large, fast-paced organizations.
- Expertise in talent management, organizational development, leadership development, or HR business partnership.
- Strong influencing, partnering, and communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Ability to translate data into insights and actionable strategies.
- Demonstrable track record of building programs in dynamic environments and adapting quickly to change.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Smartsheet; experience with process automation preferred.
- Growth mindset, learning agility, and resilience.
- Travel, as required, to achieve business goals and objectives.
