- Shape our design system: Act as the content design lead for our design system, creating scalable content standards, guidelines, and patterns that will empower designers and developers to build better products, faster.
- Innovate with AI tooling: Research, design, and build AI-powered tools and workflows to help designers and developers write and validate content more effectively and consistently.
- Govern content quality: Establish a process for reviewing and improving UI content created by product designers, acting as the key editor and coach to elevate quality across all teams..
- Champion content design: Act as the primary advocate for the practice across the company, educating and influencing stakeholders on the value of a systems-based approach to content.
- Collaborate deeply: Work as a key strategic partner to Product Designers, PMs, and Engineers to ensure content is a core, considered component of the design process.

- Strategic partner: You can effectively connect content decisions to user needs and business goals, and you are skilled at influencing product strategy.
- Experience with user research methodologies is a plus.
