Joining Collibra’s IT Enterprise Applications Team

The IT Enterprise Applications Team partners with Collibra’s business stakeholders to drive the evaluations of business processes, gathers requirements, uncovers areas for improvement and works with cross-functional teams to define, develop and implement solutions around Salesforce and other Go-To-Market Saas applications. This role will report into the Sr.Director of Enterprise Applications.

The Staff Business Systems Analyst for GTM Systems at Collibra will be responsible for
  • Partner with business stakeholders and provide Sales Cloud and CPQ platform expertise in designing and implementing technology solutions that supports our GTM strategy. 
  • Define detailed business/functional requirements, process flow diagrams, and use cases. 
  • Lead the technical design and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Drive the design, development, test and delivery of new technologies/products to ensure achievement of business objectives.
  • Design and implement Salesforce-based solutions to meet or exceed business requirements, adhering to best practices and solutions design standards, with an emphasis on maximizing out-of-the-box solutions.
  • Support Project Managers planning, execution and management of project deliverables and risks; work closely with analysts and perform functional, regression, unit, functional solution testing.
  • Manage the intake of reported issues or enhancement requests, identifying technical root causes, and developing effective resolutions.
You have
  • 8+ years of hands-on business systems experience progressing to overall management of the Go-To-Market tech stack, and demonstrated experience in the evolution of GTM capabilities. 
  • Proven track record as a Go-to-Market thought leader with solid business acumen and a strong background in Lead-to-order technologies and processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and strong technical expertise with configuration/development on Sales Cloud and CPQ, such as process builders, flows, product rules, advanced approvals, etc. 
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, best practices and limitations and the ability to clearly communicate those to key stakeholders, strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in declarative development in Salesforce and CPQExperience in leading and training teams.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent related working experience is required

  • Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to communicate with internal and external customers and all levels of management, including communicating technical information to nontechnical audiences.
  • Highly collaborative style with strong influence skills, attention to detail, and incredibly strong sense of urgency.
  •  Ability to accept and manage changing priorities and address issues quickly and professionally
Measures of success
  • Within your first month, you will understand Collibra’s GTM application portfolio, team priorities/initiatives and meet with business stakeholders.
  • Within your third month, you will execute on key deliverables tied to the GTM roadmap. 
  • Within your sixth month, you will be defining strategy for key Salesforce/CPQ initiatives, managing the change request process. 
Compensation for this role

The standard base salary range for this position is $128,000 - $160,000 per year. This position is not eligible for additional commission-based compensation. Salary offers are based on a combination of factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, and location.
