We are a growing team looking for a Staff Product Operations Manager with a focus on product development in the Centre of Excellence (CoE) department to help us on our journey to revolutionize road freight logistics. The role is located in our Amsterdam office. 

WHAT YOU WILL DO …

As a Staff Product Operations Manager in the Centre of Excellence (CoE) team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping sennder’s product strategy and driving key initiatives. You will report to the Head of CoE who reports to our CTO/CPO.Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of strategic and operational tasks, enabling you to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to the company’s growth.   • Collaborating with the Chief Product Officer: Partner with the Chief Product Officer to define and execute strategic priorities, including the prioritization process, Jobs To Be Done (JTBD) framework, operationalizing the flywheel, and establishing effective feedback loops with customers.
  • Translating high-level goals into actionable plans: Break down broad product goals into detailed actionable plans; ensure clear communication and alignment across teams for smooth execution, including tool setup and achievement of objectives.
  • Developing processes to maximize ROI and adoption rates: Implement processes to deliver high ROI items quickly and ensure high adoption rates among users and stakeholders.
  • Identifying growth opportunities and industry trends: Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities, emerging trends, and potential industry disruptions;proposing strategic initiatives based on these insights.
  • Planning and executing tasks for product leadership: For e.g. organize and execute product leadership offsites to discuss and plan strategic initiatives, ensuring efficient meeting structures that promote productivity and effective decision-making.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR …

  • 7-9 years of proven experience in product development roles, having worked on processes in the product development environment e.g. product operations, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Passion for product development, innovation, and market disruption
  • Proficiency in ROI/ business case development
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
