For our talented Nordic team in Copenhagen, we are looking for a Strategy Manager to join our Strategy & Sustainability team. The team is responsible for strategy development and overseeing strategic priorities across the business as well as supporting the Senior Leadership Team as a strategic partner and trusted advisor. You'll be based in our Nordic head office in Islands Brygge and report to Sr. Director Strategy & Sustainability.

This is a highly cross-functional role that will require you to collaborate with both the commercial side and the operational side of our business to ensure our strategy is effectively communicated and anchored across the business.

• Collaborate with the Strategy team and Senior Leadership Team on strategy planning and definition of strategic priorities, objectives and targets
• Support on preparing and organizing ongoing strategy and business reviews and meetings
• Work across the organization to oversee strategic business initiatives, from development through successful execution
• Lead communication about strategic progress and focus areas both within the management teams as well as across the wider organization via newsletters, town halls etc.
• Support the CEO and Senior Leadership team in critical areas with ad hoc analysis, problem solving and project management

• BSc/MSc in Business, Economics or another related field of study
• 2+ years of professional experience in business administration, project management, or similar
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical mindset and solid business understanding
• Strong project management skills including a proven track record of “getting things done”
• Ability to manage priorities simultaneously and meet time-sensitive deadlines
• Fluency in English
