Role Responsibilities: What you'll doStudent - Customer Experience Enablement Working Student (Start: 01.06.2024, Location: Munich, Berlin, Dublin)
- You will manage our tool landscape (Highspot, Userlane, LearnUpon, Calendly, and Zoom) including data reporting, content management, and collaboration with tool owners and leaders
- You will ensure that the Customer Education operations run smoothly by diligently working through Jira governance routines, reporting statistics, and communicating updates via Slack channels.
- You will track and present data insights using Google Sheets and Slides and provide valuable insights to the team.
- You will perform regular content maintenance updates to various materials (eLearning modules, Confluence articles, videos)
- You will contribute to a seamless onboarding experience by supporting scheduling, communication, troubleshooting, and reporting for key programs
- You will contribute to the creation of eLearning content, by developing learning assets

- You are a registered student in an area such as Business Administration, Education, or a comparable course of study
- You are experienced in using the Google Suite or MS Office package and have an affinity for data

- You are well organized and show curiosity and a desire to learn more
- You have analytical skills and like to work with data
