Role Responsibilities: What you'll doCurrent openings: Working Student Accounts Payable (start date: 01.09.24, Munich or Berlin):
- Support account reconciliations
- Assist the Accounts Payable team by: Booking invoices, Supporting travel cost management, and many more
- Aid in month-end closing procedures
- Engage in project work focused on supporting the automation of processes

- Basic knowledge in Spanish would be bonus

- Current or completed studies in business administration, Business information system, finance or a similar field.
- You have gained your first experiences (e.g. as an intern or working student) with data analytics or have applied your analytical skills in other fast-paced companies
- You are confident using Microsoft Office and/ or Google Suite
- English is required, as we are a European company
- You bring an independent and self-reliant work style with a strong hands-on mentality
- You showcase a data-driven mindset, accuracy, as well as curiosity and a desire to learn more
- You have on point communication and are able to present complex topics simple

- Working Students: 20 hours per week; Bachelor 16€ per hour, Masters 17€ per hour
