Our Opportunity:Chewy is seeking a dynamic Studio Project Manager for our MarCom Studio located inPlantation, FL. In this role, you will facilitate project intake and review briefs to understand creative and logistical requirements, negotiating with partners when necessary to ensure clarity. As the primary liaison between the Studio and various internal stakeholders, you will ensure the successful and timely execution of Studio projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of solution-oriented problem-solving in ambiguous situations within a studio or agency environment. You must be an excellent communicator, an enthusiastic and proactive problem-solver, and possess a strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and accountability to see projects through from start to finish.

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with Studio, Marketing Project, and Creative Managers, as well as internal stakeholders, to grasp project requests, gather requirements, define deliverables and timelines, plan resources, and develop clear, actionable project plans.
  • Master and utilize Workfront to track, adjust, allocate resources, and execute projects from start to finish.
  • Efficiently handle day-to-day challenges and communicate effectively in time-sensitive situations, knowing when and why to escalate issues.
  • Coordinate and lead key project meetings, capturing and circulating accurate feedback, ensuring clear, actionable direction and next steps for Creative and Studio teams.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related tasks, proactively managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Contribute to refining the full funnel process for Creative Services + Studio, providing feedback to optimize operations.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal and external partners, earning trust as a valued resource and advisor.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need:
  • 5-7 years of experience in a fast-paced agency or similar environment managing multiple creative projects simultaneously, demonstrating analytical, innovative, and adaptive thinking to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Outstanding track record of delivering excellent customer service to internal and external partners.
  • Proven ability to motivate and cultivate positive team environments, both internally and externally.
  • Experience managing and organizing Studio assets, with a solid understanding of file types per platform and use case.
  • Expertise in specifications and processes for photography and video production.
  • Familiarity with project management platforms such as Workfront or Jira.
  • Working knowledge of a full multi-channel environment: print, digital, presentation, photo, video, and content management, and their interconnecting workflow needs.
  • Keen attention to detail, quality control, and adherence to brand standards.
  • Experience overseeing relationships with adjacent partners, including Brand, Media, Design, and Copywriting.
  • Effective negotiation and problem-solving skills in ambiguous circumstances.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced creative environment.
  • Demonstrated track record of earning trust and respect through consistent critical thinking and maintaining composure in stressful situations.
  • Position may involve travel.
