ROLE MISSION

Working in partnership with our client, the Studio/Traffic Manager will play a pivotal role, collaborating closely with the client service, creative and marketing teams. This position holds paramount importance in orchestrating the flow of projects throughout the agency, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and alignment with client specifications. You'll serve as the central nexus for project management, resource allocation, and schedule coordination, fostering cohesion across teams to optimise workflow efficiency.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE

Primary Responsibilities

Project Coordination:

  • Facilitate seamless project execution by bridging the client services and creative teams.
  • Compile project requisites, establish timelines, and delineate deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. 
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and devise solutions to maintain project momentum.

Resource Allocation:

  • Delegate tasks and allocate resources based on project requirements, team availability, and skill proficiencies.
  • Dynamically adjust assignments to optimise resource utilisation and meet project deadlines.
  • Anticipate resource requirements and pre-emptively resolve conflicts or constraints.

Schedule Management

  • Forge and uphold project timelines, milestones, and schedules.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of assets, materials, and approvals.
  • Communicate project updates and schedule alterations to pertinent stakeholders as necessary.

Quality Assurance

  • Conduct periodic reviews of project deliverables to ensure compliance with quality standards, brand guidelines, and client expectations.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancement and implement best practices to augment workflow efficiency and output quality.
  • Address project scope, timeline, or budget concerns promptly and proactively.

Traffic Coordination

  • Prioritise and schedule incoming project requests in alignment with client priorities, deadlines, and resource availability.
  • Guide projects through requisite channels for review, approval, and execution.
  • Ensure provision of all essential documentation, briefs, and specifications to support project development.

Responsibilites:

  • Oversee the agency workflow and processes to ensure efficiencies and highest quality of deliverables
  • Assign tasks and check the statuses of outstanding tasks
  • Conduct a daily morning meeting to go over items/tasks assigned and due for the day and determine if there are any roadblocks
  • Communicate any issues with the team
  • Conduct weekly job status meetings to gather and share information with the team
  • Support account operations within agency
  • Identify best practices and develop new systems, processes and tools for complex integrated client work
  • Review the timeline with the Account Managers to get client approval
  • Manage project-related documentation, including amendments, change orders, and status reports
  • Develop and implement process improvements to boost project efficiency
  • Log all new potential projects and allocate the right team to scope the opportunity
  • Make sure that actions are taken, and deadlines are met to push the opportunity forward
  • Manage the delivery of projects
  • Support team culture and collaborative agency working
  • Build and manage communities of specialists across the network

WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL 

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience (+5 years)in project management or traffic coordination within a digital advertising agency.
  • Exceptional organisational acumen and keen attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication proficiencies.
  • Aptitude for multitasking, prioritisation, and time management in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Familiarity IMC strategies, TTL marketing, and e-commerce is advantageous
