Our Opportunity:

Chewy is looking for an experienced Stylist to join our in-house eCommerce studio based in Dallas, Texas. You will report to the Styling Manager and will style products, pets on white, and lifestyle assets. You are familiar with and comfortable working within comprehensive style guidelines and creative decks with superb attention to detail. You are an excellent multi-tasker who can manage several projects simultaneously. You will partner with other Stylists, Art Directors, Photographers, Pet Wranglers, and Producers to bring creative ideas to life. You will be a collaborative and enthusiastic team member who loves working on sets with animals.  

What You’ll Do:

  • Execute templated styling for hard goods, soft styling, products on pets, and lifestyle sets.
  • Work with Creative Art Directors to execute creative briefs and complete assignments.
  • Create and build décor elements, props, and furniture to support the brand narrative.
  • Work with the Sample team, Art, and Styling Managers to ensure the preparation, handling, and tracking of products.
  • Support the organization and maintenance of creative supplies, tools, creative elements, and workspaces.
  • Research, document, and pitch shoppable props, wardrobe, furniture, and décor elements.
  • Collaborate with the Art Manager and Art Coordinator to provide seasonal trends and designs that will help set Chewy apart from our competition.
  • Support the Art Manager and Styling Manager on location productions as needed.

What You’ll Need:

  • 2+ years of production experience within a photo studio, production company, or creative agency. Experience styling on location is a plus.
  • Proficient in product laydowns, prop and lifestyle set dressing, and on-figure wardrobe styling.
  • Experience in at least one of these additional areas is a plus: prop fabrication, product styling, craft styling, or food styling.
  • Experienced in budgeting and record-keeping.
  • Ability to follow Chewy brand guidelines and creative standards.
  • Immersed and knowledgeable of current trends.
  • Proficiency with software applications used in a creative studio including Microsoft Office.
  • Motivated with an elevated level of initiative and curiosity; ability to work collaboratively to support marketing's creative goals.
  • Ability to work in an environment with all pet types.
  • Must be able to lift 20 lbs.
  • Position may require 10% travel.
