At Wayfair, our Supplier Acquisition & Onboarding team is on a mission: to scale Wayfair’s European footprint by bringing the continent’s top suppliers onto our platform and setting them up for long-term success. This team plays a vital role in expanding Wayfair’s product selection and revenue by identifying high-potential suppliers, introducing them to our marketplace, and guiding them through their first crucial months.

We're looking for an entrepreneurial, people-savvy professional to take ownership of the supplier onboarding experience across Europe. If you're excited by fast-paced environments, love building relationships, and have a commercial mindset, this is your chance to make a measurable impact at one of the world’s leading online retailers.

🚀 What You’ll Do
  • Own Your Categories: Manage your assigned product categories from end-to-end — from identifying and onboarding new suppliers to driving growth after they go live.

  • Grow the Business: Source and pitch to potential suppliers across Europe, bringing high-quality partners onto the Wayfair platform.

  • Negotiate Deals: Secure win-win agreements that drive long-term value for Wayfair and our partners.

  • Coach New Suppliers: Help suppliers succeed post-launch by advising them on merchandising, pricing, assortment strategy, and promotions.

  • Build Relationships: Develop strong partnerships with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers — becoming their go-to advisor.

  • Travel with Purpose: Represent Wayfair at trade shows and in-person supplier meetings, forging connections and exploring growth opportunities.

  • Think Strategically: Use data and market insights to guide acquisition strategies and make smart, informed decisions.

🎯 What You'll Need to Succeed
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree and/or qualified by experience

  • Demonstrable experience in sales, business development, or eCommerce.

  • Fluency in English and Polish, both written and spoken.

  • A proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets in a commercial environment.

  • Confidence and skill in building trust with a variety of stakeholders.

  • Experience leading commercial negotiations and closing successful deals.

  • A hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset — you love spotting opportunities and taking initiative.

  • Comfort with data-driven decision-making and working in a tech-oriented setting.

  • Strong organization and time management skills — you're efficient, self-directed, and adaptable.

🌍 Why You’ll Love This Role
  • Be part of a collaborative, high-performing team at the heart of Wayfair’s European expansion.

  • Work in an international environment with real ownership and impact from day one.

  • Grow your career in a fast-moving eCommerce company that values creativity, initiative, and data-driven thinking.

  • Enjoy the freedom to shape your role — and the future of Wayfair’s supplier partnerships.
