As an Operations Analyst you will analyse data across a variety of operations areas - ensuring data driven decision making across teams. The role is responsible for our weekly forecasting process and supply chain analytics - supporting our business strategy and planning.

What you’ll do:
- Independently analyse internal data to generate ideas, support alternative solutions and provide clear recommendations across different operational teams
- Own the weekly forecasting process, collaborating closely with our Marketing and Operations teams, ensuring planning accuracy and efficiency
- Report on weekly operations performance KPIs – and communicate these clearly to stakeholders, to enable a clear improvement action plan creation
- Develop/ improve tools and support the creation of metrics to identify gaps in our supply chain planning using a variety of statistical methods
- Collecting, processing, analysing and interpreting data from various internal and external sources, to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Gather and analyze historical and forward-looking data – including seasonality, budget requirements and operational complexities
- Leading or being involved in ad hoc projects as and when required
What you’ll bring:
- At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience;
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance or a related field;
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, SQL and Tableau - additional knowledge with any other tools is a plus
- Ability to work with database systems and provide intelligence-driven conclusions.
- An analytical mindset and experience in using data as basis for decision making;
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences;
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities, tasks, and work environments;
- Fluent in English
