About the role

As a Supply Chain Manager for the Latin American region (LATAM), you will join the Supply Chain team which is part of the broader Hardware team. The focus of your work  will be overseeing the introduction of new products within the region and maintaining existing legacy products.

In this role, you will act as the liaison with the LATAM region, leading and coordinating all supply chain activities for Brazil.

What you will do: 

  • Manage the introduction and manufacturing of our new products in collaboration with manufacturers and suppliers
  • Support mass production activities within the LATAM region
  • Supervise production and maintain Quality KPIs
  • Manage local suppliers and actively participate in defining contract terms
  • Develop production plans and monitor delivery schedules
  • Act as the primary interface with manufacturing facilities and the Project Team to resolve any issues promptly
  • Review and approve purchase orders (POs) and invoices pertaining to supply chain operations
  • Oversee sim card management and lead cost negotiation efforts.
