As Supply Chain Planner at HelloFresh you are a member of the Supply Chain Operations Team, responsible for owning the relationship with our suppliers, weekly ordering, stock and fulfillment KPIs such as errors per box, waste and OTIFIQ. You’ll contribute to developing our supply strategy and planning, ensuring ingredients availability and responding to critical incidents affecting our supply chain. 

This role requires a high level of collaboration with multiple stakeholders, from our strategic procurement, FSQA, culinary and production teams to external suppliers across Europe.

You will…
  • Manage and own supply planning across different product categories, through close collaboration with our strategic international teams
  • Build and maintain close relationships with suppliers, through potential last minute incident resolution, all the way through supporting in negotiations
  • Monitor any deviations in forecasts, to identify potential implications for our ingredient's availability
  • Plan delivery schedules and adjust delivery settings across all suppliers to our warehouse to ensure a seamless supply of ingredients
  • Track inbound deliveries and respond to on-time, in-full and in-quality incidents detected at inbounding or over the course of production, by working closely with our warehouse teams and suppliers to ensure systematic issue resolution
  • Proactively eliminate supply risks, root cause errors and waste issues and work on mitigation plans

Our operations run seven days per week - you might take part in an on-call weekend rotation to support in case of emergencies. You will always get time in return for weekend disruptions. 

You have...
  • 2-4 years of experience in one of the areas of supply chain, operations, or procurement.
  • Demonstrated ability to strive in a fast-paced operations environment, comfortable working with short deadlines solving operational issues effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to investigate, root cause and action plan inefficiencies in processes and systems by using a large set of data.
  • Strong and proven experience in multiple stakeholders management, with competing priorities.
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Experience in working with Microsoft Office programs, particularly Excel  & G-Suite
