What You'll Do:

LogicMonitor is disrupting the hybrid cloud monitoring market by changing the way businesses use disparate sources of data. We are already a leader in this space – and we started by solving the hardest, most complicated problem first. With roots in the IT Infrastructure Monitoring space, we have carved out excellent product-market fit in hybrid cloud monitoring. Our customers love LogicMonitor's ability to bring cloud and traditional IT together into one view, as seen in minimal churn rates, expansion business, and exciting new customer references.

As we enter this next phase of growth, we are in search of a Systems Administrator. As a key contributor to LogicMonitor's IT landscape, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the design, uptime, stability, security, and performance of our corporate office technology. Your role involves architecting and implementing LogicMonitor's policies and procedures, ensuring the optimal utilization of corporate technology. You will spearhead the establishment of scalable, reliable, and automated networks that seamlessly extend across our global offices, a physical data center, and Amazon Web Services.

Here's a closer look at this key role:

  • Play critical role in creation and support of all Internal Systems infrastructure
  • Administer tools in AWS
  • Maintain the latest OS versions for amazon linux and Windows Server
  • Maintain the latest application versions and licensing of Jira and Confluence
  • Setup and administer SSO (Okta) for Fedramp SaaS tools.
  • Be the gatekeeper for Fedramp tools making sure proper access is granted and restricted.
  • Work closely with the IT team as a mentor and escalation point.
  • Contribute to business continuity planning by creating runbooks and assist in the event of outages
  • Provide remote support for other offices & be available for global offices in the case of an emergency
What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in technical field desired or equivalent experience
  • 4-6 years’ experience in information technology in a global high-tech environment
  • Experience with Amazon AWS
  • Solid fundamental networking knowledge (routers, switches, wireless, VPNs, firewalls, etc)
  • 2-5 years experience with Linux operating systems
  • 3-5 years experience with Windows server 2016+
  • 2+ years patching infrastructure in a production environment
  • Firm understanding of Identity Access Management (IAM) and least privileged access
  • Experience managing datacenter and office equipment racks
  • Strong familiarity with ITIL and change management

LogicMonitor believes in pay transparency, so we provide the base salary ranges for all of our jobs in the United States. Actual base salary offered will vary depending on factors including but not limited to: location, education, experience, skills, and qualifications. As part of our holistic compensation philosophy, LogicMonitor also offers many competitive elements in our total compensation package for US employees, such as bonus or commission compensation in addition to the base pay, an equity program for all full time employees, 401K matching, and other rewards. 

Base Salary Range$99,300—$136,600 USD
