About the role: The Talent & Performance Program Lead is responsible for the implementation of Performance Management and Talent Management programs and initiatives inline with company strategy. This role will create a long-term calendar of events and campaigns associated with these programs. This role is focused on creating sustainable and meaningful practices around our talent and how we understand day to day and long-term performance. The Talent & Performance Program Lead plays a vital role in how we scale our talent to be future ready.  

Your contribution will be:  

  • Implement and deliver performance management and talent management programs and structures inline with company talent strategy. 
  • Monitor and report on established performance metrics
  • Analyze performance and talent data sets to propose new programs and initiatives.  
  • Create and maintain documentation of process and practices within the portfolio.  
  • Partner with HRBPs and Regional HR leads to design implementation plans for specific departments inline with specific initiatives.  
  • Contribute to ongoing leadership trainings and curriculum.  
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.  
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve performance.  
  • In partnership with the learning team, create dynamic trainings for managers and ICs.  

To be successful, we think you need:  

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience working within an HR team or HR Center of Excellence
  • Minimum of 2 years in a program management specific role, 1 year of Performance and Talent Management experience.
