Overview:

We are seeking a recent college graduate to join the HR Development Program. As a member of the HR team, you will gain hands on experience by supporting the Talent Acquisition function on a variety of initiatives including recruiting, reporting and research.

What you’ll be doing:

• Assist the Talent Acquisition team by scheduling candidate interviews and collecting post-interview feedback
• Provide a “white glove” interview experience for candidates by communicating efficiently, ensuring timely updates and serving as a point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process
• Conduct research on potential candidates using various sourcing tools including LinkedIn and build talent pipelines for hiring needs
• Support the recruitment reporting process by maintaining various trackers and managing candidate profiles via Greenhouse, our applicant tracking system
• Assist with posting job openings and drafting job descriptions

Salary: $20.00/hour
