We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our Recruitment team. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering a seamless interview experience for all candidates. In this role, you will take ownership of the logistics and scheduling aspects of our hiring process, while also building relationships with both hiring teams and candidates. This position is perfect for someone who is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a willingness to learn, and is interested in Talent Acquisition.
To be successful in this role, you will:
Work quickly and diligently to schedule interviews directly with candidates and hiring managers. This includes phone, in person and remote final round interviews.
Provide timely correspondence with candidates regarding their recruiting status through effective follow-up via email and/or phone.
Demonstrate creativity and a solutions-oriented mindset to identify opportunities to enhance the candidate experience and scheduling processes for efficiencies.
Effectively communicate and collaborate with global teams across various time zones.
Develop and customize templates, candidate messaging, and resources to provide clear and effective communication throughout the interview process.
Possess strong problem-solving skills, demonstrating the ability to analyze complex situations, identify challenges, and proactively implement solutions within the talent acquisition process.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
0-1+ years of relevant coordination experience in areas such as recruiting coordination or human resources.
Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs and Google Meet.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a strong ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and quickly adapt.
Demonstrated creativity and writing skills for crafting candidate messaging and resources.
