The Team:

The Talent Acquisition Intern will work alongside other coordinators and recruiters to support Global recruitment efforts. The role reports to the Coordination Lead.

The Role:

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will work closely with both recruiters and full time Talent Acquisition Coordinators to provide a high-touch candidate experience. You will assist in finding solutions that accommodate diverse hiring needs and contribute to driving accuracy and efficiency throughout the interview coordination process. This role offers incredible exposure to various aspects of the business and is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in talent acquisition.

The work you’ll do:

• Support a high-velocity recruitment process by coordinating closely with recruiters, full-time coordinators, and hiring managers
• Assist with candidate communication from start to finish, ensuring a positive candidate experience
• Understand business priorities to help manage interview schedules effectively and handle scheduling conflicts with a can-do approach
• Maintain our applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) by documenting processes and communications
• Support communication, organization, and general business needs as necessary, including creating and maintaining documents, folders, filing systems, databases, and other ad hoc projects

The qualifications you need:

• Some experience, preferably in a talent acquisition, administrative support, or client service role
• Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently with a structured and careful approach to work
• Self-starter who takes initiative and sees tasks through to completion
• Highly energetic, positive, and enthusiastic team player
• Detail-oriented, extremely organized, and enjoys solving problems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus
