What you’ll do:
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract high-calibre talent across Tech, Operations and Revenue, aligning with enmacc's business objectives.
- Create compelling and targeted job descriptions and requirement profiles that effectively communicate enmacc's employer brand and attract the right candidates.
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates through diverse and innovative channels and platforms, building a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.
- Manage the full lifecycle recruitment process, including screening CVs, scheduling interviews and conducting screening calls
- Collaborate closely with and provide expert guidance to hiring managers throughout the selection process, building strong partnerships and ensuring a consistent and transparent approach.
- Identify and establish effective recruiting channels
- Enhance the candidate experience, ensuring a positive and engaging journey that strengthens enmacc's reputation as an employer of choice and cultivates a strong internal and external talent network.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and optimization of talent acquisition processes and initiatives, leveraging data and best practices to drive continuous improvement and efficiency.
Who you are:
- This is a fixed-term contract to cover parental leave.
- Proven experience (ideally 2-4 years) in full lifecycle talent acquisition, demonstrating increasing responsibility within fast-paced environments, ideally including startup or scale-up experience within the SaaS or technology sectors.
- Experience recruiting for technical roles (e.g., engineering, product) within a SaaS environment is highly advantageous. Familiarity with the energy domain or an existing network in the sector is a significant plus.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships and provide expert guidance to hiring managers across different departments.
- Strong proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with hands-on experience in Greenhouse preferred, and a demonstrated ability to leverage recruitment software and data to drive efficiency and inform decision-making.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in German is a valuable asset in our Munich-based environment.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership, capable of thriving in a collaborative and rapidly evolving scale-up culture.
- A solution-focused approach and the ability to work autonomously are essential.
- Exposure to and understanding broader People & Culture initiatives, such as employer branding and talent development, with the ability to contribute to these areas, is a plus.
- Must be able to travel to the Munich office once per month for a minimum of 2 days.
