Talent Acquisition Manager, Sourcing and Talent Programs 

Why We Have This Role In our dynamic organization, attracting top talent is essential for sustained growth and success. This role is pivotal in developing and executing sourcing strategies and talent programs to proactively identify and engage with high-quality candidates, ensuring a steady pipeline of top talent to meet our hiring needs. 

In this role you will lead Early in Career programs & recruiting, Sourcing, Diversity, Contractor Hiring, and Coordination. Your team will be responsible for both (1) domestic delivery and global alignment and (2) global delivery. 

How You'll Find SuccessSuccess in this role hinges on your ability to build and lead a high-performing team, develop innovative sourcing strategies, and implement programs that enhance our brand and candidate experience. Your success will be measured by the quality and quantity of candidates sourced and hired, as well as improvements in overall recruitment efficiency and effectiveness. You'll be a critical member of our Talent Acquisition Leadership Team and foster collaboration and alignment between TA leaders and individual contributors, as well as other relevant stakeholders across the business.

How You'll GrowIn this role, you'll have the opportunity to expand your leadership skills by managing a team and driving strategic initiatives. You'll also deepen your expertise in talent acquisition and sourcing techniques, positioning yourself as a subject matter expert in the field.

Things You'll Do 

  • Manage Early in Career programs & recruiting, Sourcing, Diversity, Contractor Hiring, and Coordination.
  • Increase productivity and flexibility of the Talent Acquisition team by creating strong, agile sourcers that can flex into areas of the business with the most need. 
  • Own extensive market mapping to capture the entire candidate pool and better prioritize outreach. 
  • Create centers of excellence that are able to “nail it and scale it.” 
  • Focus on diversity partnerships, sourcing tools, and data. 
  • Oversee all interview coordination and scheduling for every candidate that interviews at Qualtrics.  
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent across various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Lead a team of sourcing specialists, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to drive performance and achieve hiring goals.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiters to understand hiring needs and develop targeted sourcing plans.
  • Utilize data and analytics to track sourcing metrics and effectiveness, making data-driven decisions to optimize sourcing efforts.
  • Career planning and development for all of your direct reports. 

What We’re Looking For On Your Resume

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition / Human Resources / Program Management  
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition or sourcing, with a track record of success in developing and executing sourcing strategies.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Experience using sourcing tools and techniques to identify and engage with passive candidates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

For full-time positions, this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. For part-time or intern positions, this pay range is for base pay per hour. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer, in addition to a range of medical, financial, and other benefits, based on eligibility criteria.
