Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner who will be an effective partner and play a crucial role in building LivePersons teams in India while ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations in India. You will source, screen, coordinate interviews, evaluate candidates, negotiate offers and assist with onboarding employees. This is an opportunity for you to come onboard and help us build a team from the ground up.

You will:

  • Identify and reach out to potential candidates for technical roles through job portals, networking platforms, social media, and other recruitment channels.
  • Conduct initial screenings of candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and fit for roles, often through telephone or video interviews.
  • Arrange technical interviews with the hiring team, ensuring smooth coordination between candidates and interviewers.
  • Work closely with technical team leads, you'll evaluate candidates' technical skills, experiences, and potential fit in the company culture.
  • Be involved in negotiating offers with selected candidates, which includes discussing salary expectations, contract length, and benefits.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Keep abreast of trends and changes in the tech industry and recruiting practices to ensure that the company remains competitive in its hiring efforts.
  • Identify and participate in networking activities, industry conferences and open houses to build relationships and connect with future talent.
  • Manage the candidate experience and positively promote and grow LivePerson’s employer brand.

You have:

  • 3-6 years’ recruiting experience (Accounting/Finance/Support), preferably in a technology/SaaS environment.
  • Solid sourcing experience and creative pipeline management.
  • Proven results as a partner with hiring managers.
  • Highly effective oral and written communication skills, including strong facilitation skills.
  • Ability to manage confidentiality concerning employee information.
  • Successful track record in implementing recruiting strategies in a growing organization.
  • Strong analytical skills and examples of data driven decision making.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations.
