We’ve come a long way since our founder Piotr, hand delivered the very first Psibufet box. Today, we feed hundreds of thousands of hungry dogs across the UK and Europe - but we won’t stop until we’re feeding dogs everywhere. To get there, we need a team of brilliant people who share that ambition to come and work for us.
Please note that PsiBufet is part of Butternut Box, the European leader in fresh dog food. This means constant collaboration with teams in the UK and Europe, offering great development opportunities for both the Polish branch and all its employees.
🐾 The job:We are looking for a Part-Time Talent Acquisition Partner (Contractor) to join us for 3 days a week to spearhead our talent growth in the Czechia and Slovakia region. In this role, you will be the driving force behind building our local brand presence, focusing heavily on sourcing and hiring exceptional Brand Ambassadors (Sales Representatives) through university partnerships, local job boards, and creative network sourcing.
If you are a fluent Czech and Slovak speaker who loves building community and owning regional recruitment from scratch, we’d love to chat.
Hands-On Brand Ambassador Hiring- End-to-End Recruitment: Run the full recruitment lifecycle for Brand Ambassadors in both Czechia and Slovakia, from initial screening to onboarding.
- Campus & University Partnerships: Map out and build strong relationships with key universities, student organizations, and local youth hubs to create a steady pipeline of enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors.
- Localized Sourcing: Own job board strategy across local channels (e.g., Proudly, StartupJobs, Profesia, local university job boards) and run targeted local campaigns to attract top student talent.
- Candidate Experience: Deliver an exceptional, warm, and highly engaging candidate experience that gets students excited about representing our brand.
- Creative Outreach: Think outside the box to engage passive student talent, using social media, local networking, and creative messaging to build our community.
- Market Insights: Use your knowledge of the Czech and Slovak student markets to advise on local hiring trends, seasonal availability, and competitive compensation.
- Agile Processes: Keep candidate data organized, track pipeline health, and constantly look for ways to streamline our student assessment process to keep us fast and agile.
- Modern Tools: Leverage modern recruitment tools, social media channels, and automation to scale your outreach and manage high-volume student applicants efficiently.
- Language Skills: Native or business-fluent in both Czech and Slovak, with excellent English communication skills to align with the wider international team.
- Targeted Experience: Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally with a focus on high-volume hiring, field marketing recruitment, retail, or student/campus ambassador programs.
- Networker Mentality: Someone who loves building connections and is comfortable knocking on doors at universities, pitching to student groups, and navigating local job boards.
- Execution & Autonomy: Highly organized and comfortable managing your own schedule across a part-time layout (3 days a week).
- Tech-Savvy: Enthusiastic about using modern recruitment tools, social media sourcing, and simple automations to work smarter, not harder.
- Proactive & Resilient: A self-starter who thrives when launching a project from scratch and navigating a new regional market.
We usually expect our interview process to take 3-5 weeks, end to end.
💡 Important things to note:- We’re a small (but mighty!) recruitment team. We aim to respond to everyone personally, but if we’re flooded with brilliant applications, we may need to close the role early. We appreciate your patience while we review applications.
- For this specific role, we’re unable to offer visa sponsorship, so you’ll need the right to work in the EU.
- We use an AI note-taking tool called Metaview at some stages in our interview processes. If you'd prefer to opt out, please inform your Talent Acquisition Partner as soon as possible.
- We're committed to ensuring a positive interview experience for all candidates. If you have any specific needs or require reasonable accommodations due to disability, neurodiversity, or any other factors, please let us know and we'll do our best to make necessary arrangements, for example: extending the interview duration; scheduling short breaks during the interview to ensure your well-being; you may bring any necessary materials or tools for the interview such as your own written notes, communication boards or other assistive devices.
