Intro to the Talent Team
The Talent team at GoCardless is passionate about attracting amazing talent to drive our companies growth and the growth of the people within.
As we continue to develop as a business, so does the Talent team. The Talent Partner is a vital role to support how we attract individuals who want to join us on our company vision to become the world's bank payment network.
The role
You will support the growth of our Operations and Go To Market teams, managing recruitment across Riga, London and other GoCardless locations. You care deeply about the experience of your candidates, and you’ll pay attention to all the details that make their journey through the hiring process the best it can be from start to finish.
What excites you
- Working with hiring managers to develop highly effective recruiting and sourcing strategies
- Sourcing, attracting and engaging diverse candidates through the broad spectrum of channels and initiatives
- Creating and discovering new and innovative channels to attract quality candidates: from headhunting to networking tools, to acting as GoCardless’ brand ambassador at events
- Improving our hiring tools and processes based on data-driven decision-making
- Collaborating with teams across the company to drive forward our employer brand
- Diversity and Inclusion - making sure interviewer and candidate pipelines are diverse to support our D&I goals

- You have the skills necessary for running recruitment programmes in a fast-growing tech focussed business through an internal talent role

- You have great communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, and you’re able to build strong and productive relationships

Salary Range: €2400 - €2600 monthly (Gross)
