The Opportunity:

As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you will manage full-cycle recruiting for our global technical (Engineering and Product) roles, ensuring that we deliver a first-class experience for candidates and internal teams alike. You will work closely with our hiring managers to understand their specific needs and find top talent to contribute to the growth of their teams. 

Please note: This is a part-time (20 hours/week) contract through the end of 2024.

 

Your Mission:

  • Perform full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, from position request through to offer 
  • Partner with hiring managers, providing consistent support and feedback from the search
  • Use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter to perform outreach and ensure a healthy candidate pipeline
  • Deliver an exemplary candidate experience in all areas of our recruiting process
  • Work closely with our Talent Acquisition Coordinator to schedule interviews and manage the pipeline
  • Work within Greenhouse (our ATS) to manage the hiring journey
  • Provide coaching and support to internal employees on the interview process
  • Develop trusting relationships with potential hires

 

What you need to succeed:

  • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting in technical roles (recruiting for a high-growth SaaS company preferred)
  • Passion for finding and connecting the best talent and with a proven ability to source, engage, and nurture prospective candidates
  • A service-oriented approach towards all stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills, experience with multi-project management, and close attention to detail
