The Talent Acquisition team at Celonis plays a crucial role in our dynamic international expansion. Our team drives innovative recruitment strategies to attract and hire the future leaders of Celonis.
We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer, specializing in Product & Engineering (P&E) talent sourcing, to join our hub in India. If you are passionate about identifying and engaging top talent, and contributing to the rapid growth of a global company, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role:
As Talent Acquisition Sourcer, you have responsibility for the development of a top tier candidate pipeline for prioritized roles across the P&E organization at Celonis. You will work in partnership with our Global P&E TA Partners to generate candidate pipelines through detailed talent mapping, creative sourcing techniques, engaging and sequenced outreach to screening and introducing top tier talent into the hiring process.

The work you’ll do:
Market and Talent Research:
- Gather and analyze data on the Product and Engineering talent market, providing insights to the recruitment team and hiring managers.
Candidate Sourcing and Pipeline Development
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
- Develop & finesse boolean searches / search string methodology and data field manipulation to access hard to find talent whilst advocating knowledge sharing of techniques with the team
Candidate Engagement and Communication:
- Initiate contact with potential candidates through emails, messages, and calls, building relationships and establishing initial interest in opportunities at the company.
- Craft compelling and personalized outreach messages to attract passive candidates and communicate the company's value proposition.
Collaboration with Recruiters and Hiring Managers:
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the specific needs and requirements of each role, as well as the ideal candidate profile.
- Provide detailed candidate profiles and initial screenings to recruiters and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth transition in the recruitment process.
Continuous Improvement and Innovation:
- Stay up-to-date with sourcing best practices, tools, and technologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness in finding top talent.
- Continuously seek out new and innovative sourcing strategies and channels to reach diverse talent pools.
Database Management and Documentation:
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other databases with accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
- Document and track all candidate interactions and sourcing activities to ensure compliance and a seamless handover to recruiters.
- Track and report on progress to pre-defined sourcing metrics
Brand Ambassadorship:
- Act as a brand ambassador for the company, promoting its culture, values, and opportunities to potential candidates.
The qualifications you need:
- 2+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruiting, specifically within the tech industry, with a focus on product and engineering roles.
- Proven track record of identifying and engaging passive candidates through various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other platforms.
- Strong understanding of technical skill sets, programming languages, and the general landscape of product and engineering roles.
- Experience in prospect reachout with demonstrated ability to build and execute a prospect engagement plan, craft personalized, compelling outreach messages that resonate with potential candidates and effectively communicate the value proposition of the company and the specific role.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools; experience with platforms like Greenhouse or similar ATS systems is a plus.
- Experience in screening candidates, with the ability to assess qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit based on resumes, interviews, and other assessment tools.
- Demonstrated success in building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates, leveraging both traditional and innovative sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple sourcing projects and priorities simultaneously.
