Weโre on a mission to scale a team of 1,000+ field sales reps across Europe by the end of the year, and weโre looking for a passionate, people-driven Recruitment Resourcer to help us get there. Youโll play a crucial role in building high-performing sales teams across multiple markets by sourcing, engaging, and qualifying top talent.

๐ What youโll do-
๐ฏ Source top sales talent across Europe using a mix of tools โ job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and outreach campaigns

๐ Screen and qualify candidates, ensuring a great fit with our field sales culture and role expectations

๐ Support pipeline delivery goals โ helping us hire 20โ25 new sales reps per month

๐ Collaborate across markets, helping local hiring teams fill urgent roles quickly and effectively

๐ ๏ธ Keep our systems up to date โ managing candidates in our ATS and tracking outreach metrics

๐ค Be a talent champion โ delivering an excellent candidate experience from first contact to offer

๐ Some experience in sourcing, recruitment coordination, or a people-focused role (agency or in-house)

โจ Strong communication and organisational skills โ you're confident, personable, and detail-oriented

๐ A proactive mindset โ you donโt wait for talent to apply, you go out and find them

๐ฌ Fluent English (bonus points for another European language: ๐ฉ๐ช German, ๐ซ๐ท French, ๐ฎ๐น Italian, ๐ต๐น Portuguese, ๐ณ๐ฑ Dutch)

๐ป Comfortable with recruitment tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Workable, or similar ATS/CRMs
