Talent Acquisition Specialist (Maternity Leave 6-8 months)Join our global HR team at Yotpo and contribute to building exceptional teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. In this role, you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partner closely with leaders, and develop innovative hiring strategies to attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviews, and extending offers.- Partner with hiring managers to build talent pipelines and refine recruitment strategies.- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience while maintaining a strong talent pipeline.- Innovate sourcing channels and recruitment campaigns to attract top candidates.- Utilize data-driven insights and the ATS (Greenhouse) to improve hiring decisions.- Train and guide managers on recruitment best practices.- Lead employer branding initiatives to strengthen our external and internal brand presence.

Qualifications- 2+ years of recruiting experience in the high-tech industry.- Expertise in conducting behavioral interviews.- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.- Proactive, results-driven, and detail-oriented.- Excellent written and spoken English.- Proven sourcing expertise and familiarity with recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Stack Overflow, GitHub).
