Your mission

As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll be the go-to person for attracting the best talent to join our growing organization, making sure we nurture a value-driven culture within our super smart team.

You embody reliability, caring for colleagues and customers, looking out for yourself and others, and being a team player from day one. Your role is crucial as we aim to be a top employer in the field of AI. Within our diverse team, you will contribute your strengths to the following tasks:

  • You are responsible for end-to-end recruiting, from job posting, active search, assessment and selection process, applicant management and interviewing to contract negotiation and preparation.

  • You act as a partner of our people & culture specialists in defining requirements and designing the recruiting strategy for open positions (e.g. in the areas of academy, engineering, strategy or marketing). You are an expert on best practices in the tech industry and continuously develop our recruiting.

  • As part of our team, you will also work on creating employee-oriented structures and processes that help us to continuously improve the candidate and employee experience.

  • You will have the opportunity to use and design the latest (AI based) tools and most innovative HR processes.

  • As we are a fast-growing organization, you can contribute your interests to various interface topics outside of recruiting.

Your profile

  • You have a good feel for people, understand business-side and individual needs, ensuring a perfect match.

  • You have experience in full-cycle recruiting within fast-growing companies or start-ups.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to build strong, productive relationships with candidates and hiring managers in an intercultural environment.

  • You work hands-on, with strong team spirit and a positive attitude.

  • With your adaptability and pragmatism, you feel comfortable in a dynamic environment. 

  • You communicate convincingly in English and German.
