We are looking for an experienced people manager to lead the delivery of our Talent Science roadmap on predicting job performance and hiring outcomes. We work closely with our key stakeholders to ensure that decisions are being made in the right way and that our hiring model supports the section of world class talent, regardless of location, culture or background. 

Our team is looking to hire a Manager to lead a group of Talent Scientists whose quest it is to best predict performance outcomes. This role will report directly to the Global Head of Talent Science. 

Your role will include:

  • Leading a team to deliver an analytical  roadmap of projects (Prediction of performance outcomes, advancing psychometric approaches, driving automation on our platforms) using innovative and scalable solutions to hiring as we go through a period of significant growth.
  • Act as a partner to our senior stakeholders bringing exceptional analytics to our hiring process with a point of view to how an organisation builds a culture of exceptional talent.
  • Use advanced data driven analytical approaches to solve problems and innovate.
  • Location: EMEA - Home based

    What your day will look like

    In this role you will:

    • Lead a team of data driven analytical talent experts who are responsible for ensuring that our hiring teams are able to select game changing talent.
    • Lead and drive deep analytical and data backed approaches to projects that enable us to develop our hiring processes and outcomes, including statistical significance testing, Bayesian inference and/or predictive analytics and ML and tools such as SQL/Python/R.
    • Bring an expert point of view talent assessment discovering the attributes that drive ultimate job success, reviewing our assessment effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.
    • Passionately conduct in-depth behavioral interviews providing considerable insights into motivations and behaviours of candidates as part of our interview process.
    • Build key relationships with global Hiring Leadership  stakeholders to drive our hiring agenda.
    • Be seen as a thought leader on talent initiatives with an inherent belief that past performance predicts future success.
    What we are looking for in you
    • An undergraduate or postgraduate degree in psychology/industrial psychology, or a compelling narrative about your alternative chosen path, together with an exceptional academic track record throughout your education years.
    • Proven management experience inspiring and leading talent teams to deliver against strategic hiring initiatives.
    • Excellent project management skills to lead roadmaps,  including driving efficiency and delivering results.
    • Exceptional analytical skills to examine data and identify patterns, trends and behaviours: statistical significance testing, Bayesian inference and/or predictive analytics and ML and tools such as SQL/Python/R.
    • Experience of using and interpreting psychometric assessments to examine candidate drivers.
    • A thought leader in the talent space with the ability to influence best practice, bringing a solid point of how to build a high performance organisation.

     

    • Proven ability of working with senior stakeholders to drive a professional outlook on hiring talent  as well as challenge the status quo.
    • A sense of urgency with results driven approaches to deliver business critical projects
    • Willingness to travel internationally up to 4 times a year for internal team and company events.
    Other skills you may bring 
    • Experience on building data dashboards.
    • Exposure to the following tools: LinkedIn Recruiter and Talent Insights, Greenhouse, DISC profiling/Thomas International.
    What we offer you

    For candidates based in Europe, the base salary range is expected to be 100,000 -130,000EUR* or equivalent

    *Your base pay will depend on various factors including your geographical location, level of experience, knowledge and skills. In addition to the benefits above, certain roles are also eligible for additional benefits and rewards including annual bonuses and sales incentives based on revenue or utilisation. Our compensation philosophy is to ensure equity right across our global workforce.
