Wayfair is seekinga temporary part time associate to partner with the Talent Audit Policy Manager in owning an audit of Wayfair’s Talent policies. The goal is to streamline and update these policies, consolidate them into a single source of truth, and enable future governance. This associate will work closely with a project manager and other junior team members to achieve these objectives.

What You’ll Do:

  • Assist in compiling a comprehensive list of current and desired policies across regions.
  • Help create a structured map of all policies, noting where they connect or impact each other.
  • Support the audit process and coordinate with stakeholders across Talent to draft and update documentation.
  • Record dates of updates and identify policy owners, ensuring consistency in structure and adherence to Wayfair Voice.
  • Assist in publishing the updated comprehensive policy in a structured and tagged format on one platform (e.g., Google Docs, depending on available Tech support).
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager and Tech team to decommission outdated content and platforms and build pathways to updated content, creating a single source of truth for Talent policies.
  • Assist in conducting internal and external research to support the development of a governance structure and plan.
  • Assist in socializing the governance plan with relevant stakeholders.
  • Help create and launch change management and governance processes for Talent and broader Wayfair audiences.
  • Other duties as assigned by the project manager

What You’ll Need:

  • Interest in project management and/or HR topics.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Enterprise Suite tools (Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet).

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of project management principles.
  • Previous experience in a project support or coordination role.
  • Familiarity with conducting audits or policy reviews.
