In this role you will:
- Own all talent coordination; partner closely with recruiting and hiring partners to schedule interviews
- Be a TFH ambassador and provide a welcoming and delightful candidate experience
- Implement improvements to our scheduling and recruiting processes
- Manage relationships with the candidate, hiring teams and recruiting partners; communicate relevant information at each stage of the process
- Drive programs and projects to improve how we hire at TFH
- 1+ years of recruiting coordinating or relevant experience
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high growth environment
- Ability to deal with rapid growth and change
- Eagerness to learn and build relationships
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and follow HR compliance models at all times
- Excellent written and verbal communicator across all levels of an organization
- You have a bias to action and high sense of urgency to troubleshoot scheduling conflicts

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at TFH in San Francisco ranges from $65,000- $90,000, plus a competitive long term incentive package, and may include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
