Our team is looking to add a highly motivated Talent Development professional to our busy Shanghai office . We operate in a global fashion - you'll be working with colleagues from all over the world and across all areas of the business. This role will suit someone who enjoys working with people and building high-performing teams, strives to provide a world class employee experience, and is excited to learn and operate in a complex, deeply technical business.   What You’ll Do:
  • Develop, support and manage onboarding programmes that provide new employees with an understanding of the organization, the trading environment, our core infrastructure and information technology
  • Manage and support all aspects of the intern and grad campus programs from planning to execution
  • Engage in ad-hoc coaching and/or performance feedback conversations to help develop managers and employees
  • Support internal employee development opportunities (technical communities, training sessions, embeddings, speaker series, etc). This will involve recording, editing and publishing internal training sessions as required
  • Work closely with the business to understand and improve existing collaboration and communication within and across teams
  • Identify and engage external parties to design and deliver bespoke training as needed (vendor research, contract negotiation, etc)
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of People programmes and initiatives by soliciting feedback through surveys, focus groups, interviews and ongoing communication. You will suggest ideas for improvement based on the evidence that you collect
  • Work closely with the wider Talent Development team, HR and business leaders to help evolve existing executive coaching provision and other leadership development initiatives
  • Keep abreast of industry trends in the Talent Development space to collaboratively develop new and creative development initiatives with the wider team
  • Continue to ensure that Talent Development initiatives represent and promote Firm’s culture
  • Mentor junior technical talent
  • Other duties as assigned or needed

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Able to work with highly confidential material
  • Experience working with campus talent is advantageous.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development or a related field preferred
