More specifically, you will:

  • Organize and maintain office supplies, equipment, and documentation to ensure a well-functioning work environment.
  • Facilitate smooth internal communication by coordinating information and resource sharing among team members.
  • Support team projects by assisting in the preparation of presentations and gathering necessary information.
  • Manage scheduling and logistical details for team travel and events, enhancing team coordination and efficiency.
  • Streamline back office processes, contributing to the overall productivity of the team.
  • Oversee regular checks and maintenance of office spaces, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
  • Contribute to an inclusive team atmosphere, where every member feels valued and able to express their ideas.
