Team Assistant / Office Manager in part-time (m/f/d)
Your Mission
Development of the entire office organization including design of the office space in the center of Munich
- Participation in the organization of project management, internal and external meetings, etc.
- Office management, combined with secretarial tasks
- Support in recruiting new employees
- Accompanying partners in communication with customers and suppliers
- Organization of marketing initiatives and team events
- Preparatory bookkeeping and preparation of analyses
- Compilation of acquisition and project documents
- Professional, friendly and self-confident demeanor, and a sense of responsibility
- Structured way of working and organizational talent
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Ideally professional training or comparable higher degree
- Good active knowledge of English, both spoken and written
- Confident use of office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Workspace)
- Add-on: You're fluent in Italian
