Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

  • Grow, manage and develop an EMEA Professional Services team 
  • Drive efficiency and quality across people, product and processes
  • Drive product adoption through customized service offerings
  • Develop and sponsor continuous improvements of the services portfolio
  • Ensure a high customer and employee satisfaction
  • Foster a motivated and collaborative team environment with customer-centricity as a guiding principle
  • Initiate and support partnering with other departments such as Sales, Product Management and Customer Support
  • Define, monitor and analyze results-oriented KPIs to measure customer success and team efficiency

Role Requirements: What you need to succeed

  • You have at least 3 years of customer-facing experience in a B2B SaaS environment
  • You have successfully hired, led and developed people, ideally within a Professional Services, Customer Success or Customer Operations department
  • You create a motivating environment for your team and continuously identify both strengths and development potential of your team members
  • You feel comfortable operating in a dynamic environment and you have experience managing organizational change
  • You are passionate about seeking opportunities for growth and continuous  improvement, with a customer-first mindset
  • You have an affinity with technology and you make data-driven decisions
  • You can translate corporate and departmental strategies into tactical initiatives and operational goals, and you are able to help prioritize tasks for your team
  • You are a strong communicator with excellent written and spoken English skills and you preferably also have business proficiency in German, Spanish, French, Italian or Dutch
