Team Lead Retention Marketing (m/f/d)
Your mission
- You take operational & strategic responsibility for all CRM and retention marketing initiatives with the goal of maximizing customer loyalty and lifetime value
- You are an absolute KPI expert and always keep an eye on the latest developments in CRM & retention to successfully implement them
- You are responsible for cross-channel CRM strategies and ensure that all measures are performance- and data-driven
- You develop automation and personalization strategies to ensure highly relevant and individualized customer communication
- You help us scale the brand profitably to the next level while strengthening customer retention sustainably
- You are a passionate leader who manages and develops our international CRM team
- You like to be hands-on and actively support your team in day-to-day operations
- You have at least 3 years of experience in CRM, retention marketing, ideally in an e-commerce environment
- Ideally, you have already gained leadership experience, are passionate about employee development, or are highly motivated to take off as a team lead
- You are creative and have a good eye for engaging and effective customer communication
- You have experience managing high budgets and making data-driven decisions
- You are highly familiar with segmentation, automation, and data-driven campaigns
- You are analytically strong, love numbers and complex challenges, and excel in conceptual thinking.
- You speak very good English (German, Italian, or French is a plus) and are characterized by clear communication skills
