Your mission

  • You take operational & strategic responsibility for all CRM and retention marketing initiatives with the goal of maximizing customer loyalty and lifetime value
  • You are an absolute KPI expert and always keep an eye on the latest developments in CRM & retention to successfully implement them
  • You are responsible for cross-channel CRM strategies and ensure that all measures are performance- and data-driven
  • You develop automation and personalization strategies to ensure highly relevant and individualized customer communication
  • You help us scale the brand profitably to the next level while strengthening customer retention sustainably
  • You are a passionate leader who manages and develops our international CRM team
  • You like to be hands-on and actively support your team in day-to-day operations

Your profile

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in CRM, retention marketing, ideally in an e-commerce environment
  • Ideally, you have already gained leadership experience, are passionate about employee development, or are highly motivated to take off as a team lead
  • You are creative and have a good eye for engaging and effective customer communication
  • You have experience managing high budgets and making data-driven decisions
  • You are highly familiar with segmentation, automation, and data-driven campaigns
  • You are analytically strong, love numbers and complex challenges, and excel in conceptual thinking.
  • You speak very good English (German, Italian, or French is a plus) and are characterized by clear communication skills
